Shipping, delivery and returns

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders from $499 MXN. Smaller orders pay $100 MXN, calculated automatically in your cart.

How long does delivery take?

We hand your order to the carrier within 3 business days and send you the tracking number. National carriers usually deliver in 4 days or less.

Do you ship anywhere in Mexico?

Yes, we ship anywhere in Mexico covered by the carrier. We do not ship outside Mexico through the online store yet.

My order hasn't arrived

If more than a week has passed since you received your tracking number and you still do not have your order, contact us at +52 33 1973 8436 or sales@benmart.mx.

My product arrived damaged or with a quality issue

You have up to 30 days after your purchase to report it. Send photos of the product, the lot number and a short description to sales@benmart.mx. Thanks to our food safety system we can trace every lot and find a solution.

Where else can I buy?

You can also find Benmart® in supermarket chains, on Amazon and on Mercado Libre.

Can I return a product if I didn't like it or ordered the wrong one?

Yes. Since these are food products, we accept returns of closed, unopened products in their original packaging within 10 calendar days after delivery. Write to sales@benmart.mx or via WhatsApp with your order number and we will tell you how to send it. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the mistake was ours (wrong, damaged or defective product).

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and check the product, we refund to the same payment method within 10 business days. If you prefer, we can exchange it for another product.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as we have not handed it to the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible and we will refund the full amount.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit or debit card and other methods available in Mercado Pago, plus bank transfer. Paying with Mercado Pago is secure: Benmart never receives or stores your card details.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, we issue CFDI 4.0 invoices (Mexico). See how to request yours on Invoicing.

How do I use my discount code?

Enter the code in your cart, in the coupon field, before paying. The welcome code BENMART10 gives 10% off your first order and does not apply to kits, which are already discounted.
